Latest Young Catholic Adults @ Downside event
25 Oct 2017
Saturday 21st October was the perfect day for the latest Young Catholic Adults @ Downside event.
Only six of the group, including Brother John, actually managed the walk around Bath, which included going up onto the Bath Skyline to see the Sham Castle. The remainder of the group, with Clifton Seminarian Stephen Corrigan, arrived later for a delicious Thai meal, and then on to the inappropriately named “Cosy Club” for coffee.
The group was formed following the very successful pilgrimage to the Holy Land last summer, and continues to grow rapidly, with 6 recently joining from St. Benedicts’ Parish, and 4 on Saturday. Already many events are planned for next year including Retreats and walking the Camino Portuguese. Quite a number are also intending to be at the Vocations Discernment Retreat 1-3 December 2017, details of which you can find here.
