Archaeology of Bath Abbey Talk

Description

Hear about the ongoing excavations by Wessex Archaeology West at Bath Abbey, which have uncovered evidence of a Mesolithic campsite, Roman streets and buildings, an Anglo-Saxon monastery, a huge Norman cathedral priory, and post-medieval remains associated with the present Abbey and surrounding Georgian buildings.

Donations are welcome for refreshments, which will be available in the Abbey Visitor Centre before and after the talk.
