In Waking up to God, José Manuel Eguiguren Guzmán, founder of the Manquehue Apostolic Movement, shares his experience of encounter with one person: Christ.

In an account written from a series of interviews with José Manuel, the reader will be able to discover how profound knowledge of Christ through lectio divina can change someone’s life and have repercussions not only for that person, but also the culture, society and people surrounding them.

Rather than instil a theory or doctrine, the author shares the love he has found in the Word of God and the Church, generously opening up for us his experience of faith as a lay person living in today’s world.

Previously published in 2010 in Spanish, this is the first time Waking up to God has been printed in English.
