MONASTIC COMMUNITY UPDATE

During the summer holidays, the monks are going in small groups to visit other English Benedictine monasteries. These visits are part of our preparations for moving from Downside.

Our hope is to form a stronger community that can live a renewed monastic life true to the Spirit of St Benedict in the changing circumstances of our world. The monks realise the great importance of prayer in this process and request the support of your prayers so that monks and parishioners together can bear a stronger witness to Christ today.
