Lent is traditionally a time when we look at our life and see where it might be different, better, or whether we should be somewhere else.

Downside Abbey offers a Lent retreat from Friday 4th until Sunday 6th March for single, Catholic men aged 18 to 35 in order to take some time in prayer with the monastic community. Contact Dom Anselm for more details and an application form.
