The Archives of the English Benedictine Congregation

The archive of the English Benedictine Congregation is held at Downside being a constituent element of the wider Downside archives. It has been housed at Downside since the 1960s and ordered under the direction of the Monastic Archivist Dom Philip Jebb. It is widely consulted by scholars and has been the subject of several major AHRC and British Academy research projects.
