On Friday, 16th September Dom John was ordained to the priesthood with Dom Andrew Prickett of Buckfast Abbey by Archbishop George Stack in the abbey church at Buckfast. It was a splendid occasion and the church was full of friends of the candidates, with a number of priests coming from far and wide to celebrate with us all. Dom James was MC for the occasion, and the servers came from the regulars who serve here at Buckfast, as also the choir. You can  watch the ordination on the Buckfast YouTube channel here.
